Colin helped my husband and I purchase our first home recently. He has been nothing but the best to work with. We were very new to this whole experience and from the beginning, he walked us through the whole process, kept us up to date on market data, and most importantly, was always available for any questions or concerns we had. We met Colin several years back at an open house he was hosting in our old neighborhood. We knew we liked him almost instantly, and although we weren't looking to sell our home at the time I told my husband that he would be our agent if or when we ever needed one. There wasn't a home that we wanted to look at that Colin didn't take us to see. If something didn't work out, Colin would always reassure us that it wasn't meant to be (not that I believed him at the time) but boy was he right. Colin was very professional in handling my purchase. I was out of the country for most of the process, so he did all of the negotiation and signature process with docusign and in a different time zone. Colin is so wonderful to work with and is an extremely patient man. I was a first time buyer and he explained everything multiple times. He is available whenever you need him and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. He really strives to find exactly what you want and continues to remind you of it during the process.
