      Not good realtor. Got us bad deal on sale of our condo in St. Pete Beach. Doesn't know how to negotiate and is terrible to work with. Regret using her.

      Terrible, horrible, my advise - not to contact to Connie carberry if do not want to lose money. They in Henry realty ready to fabricate everything not to return security deposit, which for my family in 2 bedroom apt in Clearwater was $1000. The same review we found about her in e-net. Regret I met her

        Shoudl be ZERO STARS!Absolutely the worst! Her and her realty company are in collusion and she fabricated damages and never returned our security deposit. Even her handyman is on the scheme. Beautiful thing is that the Florida Attorney General is investigating due to the numerous complaints you can find on her.
