More about Courtney Shelly

Courtney Shelly – “The Small Town Girl” Patience, care, and a smile pretty much sums up Courtney’s secret to success! She never gets tired of meeting new people, showing homes and vacant land, searching for that “dream home” for her clients, and handling the hurdles that can happen during a real estate transaction. She enjoys the diversity that a career in real estate allows. Born in Austin, raised in a small town northwest of Austin called Liberty Hill. She credits a lot of her work ethic and family values to growing up in a small town and her parents. Courtney and her husband, Britton currently reside in Hutto with their children. We recently moved in to our dream forever home, thanks to Courtney! I cant say enough great things about our experience working with her. If youre looking for a realtor that listens to your wants and needs, and that will work tirelessly for as long as it takes to ensure you get what you want, then your realtors name is Courtney Shelly. We highly recommend her!!
- Glenna Gallagher - Cedar Park, Texas sell and Bertram, Texas buy
I worked with Courtney to sell a rental property and she was seriously the best realtor Ive ever worked with. I never even met her in person because Im not local (which makes it that much harder) but she made the process seamless. She got us a full price offer for our house and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed through the entire process. Highly recommend hiring her to buy or sell!
- Kayla Kurland - Hutto, Texas
Courtney did a fabulous job working with us. From the rundown fixer uppers to the newer builds, she helped us look at them all until we found our home. She was very patient and listened to all our requests. We can't begin to thank her enough for all the work she did in helping us find our home.
