Courtney Way

From an early age, Courtney had a passion for home design and architecture. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo majoring in Interior Design. During and after her college years, Courtney worked in the hospitality industry, advancing her career from customer relations to sales and marketing management. In 2001, Courtney returned to Sacramento and began her career in real estate, first working for a large national builder selling new home construction, before joining the resale market. As a resident of Sacramento for over 30 years and nearly 15 years in real estate, Courtney has a vast knowledge of the area and real estate market in order to best serve her clients. Experienced with sellers, first-time and move-up Buyers and Reclocation, Courtney doesn't just specialize in one neighborhood - she specializes in many: East Sac, Midtown, Land Park, Curtis Park, West Sacramento, Arden, Carmichael, Folsom, and many surrounding areas.
