There are no words to describe how awesome Craig is and I would highly recommend him and his team for any real estate transaction. I met Craig and his wife at Calvary Chapel and he worked with me selling my condo. He patiently answered all my questions and made recommendations on how to prepare my property to secure the best selling price. His marketing expertise and untiring efforts made this transaction a huge success. But what I am forever grateful, is the opportunity he afforded me of participating in his investment firm. There aren't many secure investment opportunities that provide an immediate 8% return and gives the choice of receiving interest as a monthly payment or to roll it over for compounding. I was in a car accident which forced me to retire at 62 but I was unable to live on the reduced social security benefit.
