Craig Lake

I would never recommend Craig for anything related to real estate. Craig was unprofessional and petty in a way that I have rarely seen in my years of experience. She listed one of my units in Boston and after a few months of not renting (due to poor market and communication about feedback from prospective tenants). I told her that I decided to let other agents list the unit and she went ballistic making false claims against me and acting like a small child. I requested my keys be sent back to me and after a month she sent an empty envelope to me with some napkins in it. She is petty, unprofessional, and should not be doing business with adults. After I asked her about the keys she flipped out on me, told me never to contact her again and talk to her attorney. I spoke to her boss on two separate occasions complaining about Craig and he informed me that he is not surprised with her actions. People never cease to amaze me. Craig did though.
