Craig is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I had a rental unit that I wanted to sell. His opinion on the renters and how to market the property were perfect. We needed to repaint and install new carpet prior to putting it on the market. He found, ordered, and had all work completed in less than a week! He staged the unit and had professional photographers take pictures for the listing. We ended up with a bidding war, and sold in 4 days for 10% over the listing price. It sold for $50,000 more than this unit had ever sold before. Part of my good fortune was the market,etc. However, Craig handled every part of this perfectly. Craig performed a comprehensive market assessment, determined that the house might well be a candidate for a developer to demolish and build new, then conducted a campaign to find such a developer prior to listing. craig was a great real estate agent and I would highly recommend him. our house buying process had numerous bumps in the road, due to the house being a Geodesic Dome. Hard to get insurance for the house, hard to get proper inspection, we had lending issues, and so on. through all this craig did a great job of navigating us through these difficulties and was able to help us get our dream home! the deal could have easily fell through a couple of times and he kept things moving. in this case, craig was both the buyer's agent and seller's agent, which could have been a challenge, but craig did a great job with this as well, he was very clear about everything and gave us great advice. Craig was recommended to me by an acquaintance. This was my first time purchasing a property, and it was still a relatively new market to me to be searching in. And the entire search took me about a year until I found something that I liked and fit my needs. And through the entire process, Craig was very accommodating, thorough, detailed in outlining the process and steps to expect, and very patient.
