Dan just sold my house and I can say in every respect of the transaction - I couldnt be happier with the process. Working with Dan is a delight. He answers all questions, hes on top of every detail, every request and very knowledgeable. Hes also not afraid to say if he doesnt know the answer to something and he WILL find the answer for you. Thats a key trait of honest business in my opinion. He doesnt come off as the pushy realtor we all try to avoid at all costs. Dan keeps all parties informed at all times and everyone on the same page for a smooth transaction. He makes you feel supported throughout the whole process. He even helped me pick weeds! We have now had the pleasure of buying two homes and selling one home with Daniel Finder. You won't find a more patient realtor that truly cares about doing the right thing for his clients. We met Dan by chance at an open house in 2014 as an engaged couple looking for our first home. He helped educate us on home buying and held our hand through the process. During a time when the competition was tough and most buyers were having to put offers in on many homes before getting accepted, we put an offer in on our dream first home and got accepted despite there being two other offers. Fast forward to 2019, with two kids in tow. Dan not only helped us sell that same home but got us in to our dream forever home.
