My background includes residential and commercial transactions. I have acted as a Sales Associate, Broker-Associate and Broker Manager with oversite of as many as 25 agents concentrating on "mixed portfolio" business. This experience has enabled me to attain Coldwell Banker Previews International status due to the quantity of "high end" residential properties I have sold and CB's Residential Community Commercial accreditation allowing me to manage a commercial property portfolio, as well. It is my strong belief an agent's market needs to be "an inch wide and a mile deep" not "an inch deep and mile wide". For this reason, I have focused primarly on Sarasota's North side and you will find me just as interested (and capable) in handling your residential or commercial opportunities.
