I contacted Chris to see one her her listings, and then to show me another listing I had found myself. I bought the second home. I am sure Chris is knowledgeable, but the areas that frustrated me were the interrupting phone calls from her angry son during our paperwork meetings, and the lack of follow-up or communication on any of the items in the home inspection (none were addressed), which surprised me. In the end, I really love this home and her role was pretty much just handling the paperwork, which was probably one of the easiest commissions she's earned!She was very friendly and did get the closing done on time, so that's good.
