I have bought and sold several homes and Dave Lead is by far the best Real Estate Professional that I have ever worked with. He understood what I was looking for in a home and helped me to identify homes that met my requirements. He was always available to answer questions I had. He helped me understand that market where I was buying which helped me to be aggressive with my offer (which was accepted). To all current and future buyers and sellers, please read: Id like to tell a story about my wife and I attempt to selling our home this past winter with the assistance of realtor professional David Leal - Keller Williams. Starting in mid-December of 2016, my wife and I chose to look at the value of our home. To our surprise, it appreciated 100% and thus chose to put our house of 13yrs on the market with the assistance of David Leal of Keller Williams / As the months passed, not many bites took, however, that was due to the frequent New England storms. As the end of February was nearing my wife and I chose to take the house off the market for personal reasons. NOT DAVIDS FAULT MIGHT I ADD! I want to focus on the removal of my house on the market. After signing the waivers etc.. of taking off the market and finalizing all other paperwork I requested the key which was given to David and his staff. To Davids surprise, he lost it. Now, this takes a lot for a REALTOR to state to a customer. I lost it, and I'm embarrassed. This statement will break a realtor who is trying to succeed in the challenging real estate market! To rectify, David made the professional move to ask my wife and I change the locks on the house and pay the full price of the expense (no questions asked!) The locksmith came/ went and a bill of $151 was brought forth. David paid the full expense and for the aggravation he gave a generous gift to my wife and me which was honestly not needed. I want to commend David for his honesty, and professionalism throughout this short journey. Even though he did not succeed in the sale of our home, this rating is justifiable as a 5-star rating! David and team, you should be proud of your attempt and I promise you when my family is ready to sell once again, you will be contacted!

It was a stressful situation but we feel like he did his best to work with all parties involved to make both transactions as smooth as possible. I would say he went above and beyond the call of duty.
