David Liesch

David Liesch was my rental property manager from 2007 through June 2012. During that time I couldn't have asked for better service in keeping the home rented and the careful screening of the three renters. He and his associates are the best of the best!David also placed my home on the market for sale in May, 2012 and it was sold and closed by August! I would not hesitate to say he is one of the most knowledgeable, honest, kind, caring, and efficient gentlemen I know. Once you know and have dealt with David Liesch, you will always want him to help you in your Real Estate needs.

David was an answer to a prayer. The home and property were inherited from my late father and was in a very bad state, plus the property was in southern CA and I lived 1200 miles away in Oregon. David work with us closely and was able to sell the distressed property at a great price. My family will always be in his debt.

David was great, we are Veteran buyers and not really sure of the process, but he assured us that with our VA we would have no money down and no closing cost. He was right!! got a check in the mail the day we moved in our house. With the finance co he set us up with everything was made really easy!!
