Denise Aquila

My goal is to assist my clients with their real estate portfolio regardless if it is to be their primary residence or investment property. I go above and beyond their expectations so my clients become clients for life and tell others they need to use my services. I continually stay on the cutting edge of real estate through continuing education as well as actual practice. My designations are numerous and are used for my clients' benefits. I have been on the Board of Directors for my local association, the California Assn. of Realtors as well as the National Assn. of Realtors. In 2005 I was named Realtor of the Year. The following year I received the Community Service Award for the donation of my time and energy to not only my community but to the real estate industry. I am proud of my profession and strive to make real estate transactions a win-win for my clients.
