Before working with Diana, I read previous people's reviews and also statements written by Diana, describing herself. I was skeptical that someone could be that nice and knowledgeable and hardworking, all in the same person. Call me jaded. But Diana is the real deal. She is so genuine and positive and smart. And she was working for me 24/7, it seemed. This is the first real estate transaction where I didn't end up feeling like I somehow got a bad deal. Diana was proactive the whole time and provided excellent guidance. I felt that she really was working "for" me, and not the sale. She listened well. She truly is a person you want to keep in touch with, after the business is over. I never do surveys, but this one's for Diana. Go Packers!

Diana was recommended to me by a co-worker. She showed me approximately 8 houses prior to the one I purchased. The house was a bank forclosure and she kept me informed of the process all along the way. She also has contacts at several banks who also were very knowledgeable in the paperwork process.

I found Diana Moshier online this summer while looking for a condo online. I initiated the contact with her through Zillow and surprisingly, she responded with a return call to me within minutes! She happened to have been out-of-town that day, but was eager to show me the listed property, so we arranged to meet the next day when she returned. Unfortunately, the property didn't work for the size of my furniture, and I was really disappointed. As I thanked her for her time and turned to leave, she informed me that she had another property which might better fit my needs. So we drove right over and I fell in love with the property immediately! I went right home to complete the application and gather and submit the necessary paperwork. Diana guided me through the application process for a couple of hours that afternoon, via frequent text messages with helpful advice. I could tell that she really wanted to help me get this lease, especially since we learned in the afternoon that two other potential tenants had already submitted applications! Luckily, the landlords selected me as their new tenant, and I couldn't be happier! I love my new home and owe all of this to Diana. Without her quick responsiveness and expertise with the application process, I probably would not be living there! Diana is a real gem. My wife and I knew we wanted to buy in Laguna Beach and didn't know where to start. My wife found Diana online and she pulled four listings for us to see; they were all in the price range and location we were looking. She timed out our visits around our schedule. Without any pressure we decided quickly that we want to buy, but we don't live in the area. She quickly initiated the bidding process with digital documents that we could sign from anywhere, including our iphone and ipads. My wife and I travel a lot, so we didn't miss a beat, Docusign is a time saver that makes the whole process easy. Every time we called she picked up the phone and thoroughly explained the whole process, if we had a question she did not have an answer for she would return with the answer in less than a day. We bought our property in the middle of the banks tightening their rules and our 30 day escrow stretched to 90 days, she navigated that tedious time consuming process all while keeping the seller and their agent informed and calm throughout. We would highly recommend working with Diana, her energy is infectious, she is a pleasure to speak with and be around.

I don't usually review companies like this, I believe in letting people find out for themselves because I think everyone has their own interpretation of what good service is, but Diana asked me to review her so here it is. I had to find my first place on my own. I had no help besides Diana, so naturally I had a lot of questions and I needed someone to trust. Obviously Diana is an agent so her job is to sell but as I took my time to try and also learn things on my own I started to see that everything she taught me was the truth and was from experience. She knows her stuff, and I don't see why anyone else wouldn't want to use her as their agent. She is patient which was important for me being only 26 and buying my first place by myself. I had to change my mind a few times and she stuck with me, never got upset with me, and understood I was nervous about such an investment in this day of age. But I am all moved into my new place and I couldn't be happier. There is nothing wrong with the entire process, all the paperwork got done correctly, I have a payment I am comfortable with, and I love my place. Give her a chance, she does try her hardest!
