Dion truly is amazing. I'll tell you why. He cares, he finds unique ways to help you, he's incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and the OC area, and he always answers your calls. He never acts like he's too busy. He's ready and willing to meet anytime you need and do it with a smile. He acts as if you're his only, and most valued client, and has been in the business for like 20 years. I'm a piddly little $300k client, but he never EVER treated me that way even though he works multi-million dollar deals too. He knew OC like the back of his hand, and knew the ins and outs of the entire process and worked out an AMAZING deal for me. I shopped a bit for a real estate agent (and considered not even having one) and they all made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I always shop to make sure I'm getting great service and a good deal. Dion is the creme de la creme. Thank GOD I had him. Never could I have navigated all the intricacies of real estate without him. He gave me great advice, was patient and was NEVER pushy to try and just get me into something just to make a sale, and was always willing to give me his opinion, but leaving it up to me in the end and supporting me all the way.He CARES. And I trust his opinion and his input. He gives it to me straight, but with compassion. And NO big ego. That's a definite plus with real estate agents.The hoops he had to jump through for me, were astronomical. Gov't loans are a headache and a half. But he never acted like it. What I thought was difficult, he said he does everyday. Nothing fazes him.And even better, he has contacts for anything you need. He hooked me up with his mortgage lender. And I compared her to a FRIEND of mine that also was a lender, and he didn't even come CLOSE to what his lender did for me. SHE jumped through hoops too! And I needed work done on my place, big time, and he has a general contractor that is incredibly reasonable and gives the same kind of service that Dion does. If you choose anyone else, you'd never know what you missed out on. Truly. Don't make that mistake.Sure hope you don't pass him up. He's the very best. Made me feel important, special, and valued. Dion recently helped us purchase a home in Laguna Niguel. We probably looked at 15 houses with Dion before we found the right one. Dion was very responsive to all of our communications (text, phone, email) which is very important in a competitive home buying market. Having an assertive, knowledgeable realtor is essential and Dion helped us thru every step of the process. He kept us up to date during the negotiating process and even had the sellers add in the upgraded fridge (a bonus for us) without our knowledge. This was a nice surprise, along with referring us to a professional painter that beat rates of all the competitors. Dion made himself very available to us -answering questions, scheduling house viewings and thru the entire buying process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor. Not to mention, he's a genuinely good guy, with your best interest in mind
