Dolores Urdapilleta

Dolores is a scam artist who stole $2700 from me out of my deposit. She made me lie to the Property management just to get me to sign the lease and take the money. Do not work with her! She will take your money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dolores Urdapilleta. After my short-term rental ended, she decided to keep 40% of my security deposit, taking advantage of the fact that I had moved out of state and we couldn’t coordinate a final walk-through. Throughout the process, she sent threatening emails, failed to provide any evidence for her claims, and delayed her responses for days — clearly trying to stretch the negotiation as long as possible. After consulting others in the market, I found that she has consistent 1-star reviews across every real estate platform and is not respected by her colleagues. Sadly, my experience was not an exception but rather part of a pattern. Based on her conduct, she should not be allowed to keep her real estate license. If you are considering working with her, I would strongly recommend you reconsider.
