Dominick has been a A player from start to finish. When looking for houses, since we were out of state, my family and I flew to CA multiple times on very short notice to look for places. Every time, Dominick made himself available. He worked around our schedule 100% of the time. He arranged dozens of visits in our compressed schedule. As we were narrowing on properties, he was key in the offer and decision making process. When we finally decided on a property, Dominick leveraged his experience and negotiation skills to navigate through many challenging situations with the sellers. He always stayed calm and very positive. He handled the whole process extremely well for us. He has been very responsive, available any time of the day and very late into the night. Thanks to Dominick, my family and I have our brand new home. From the very beginning, Dominick was very helpful in showing us homes and throughout the entire home buying process. Our situation was a bit different, as the house we viewed was still being built when we signed the agreement. With 3 months of time, our loan officer had more than enough time to get things done, but simply didn't and brought things up last minute. It was complete chaos; as our loan officer brought up additional requirements or forms right before closing, and even after projected closing. My family and I feared that we would not only lose the home, but also our deposit. Dominick performed higher than expected, with guiding me properly, and coaching me through every step, as I had no idea what to expect with the home buying process. When your agent answers your text or calls at 11 pm at night, you know you have someone thats really dedicated in helping you.
