- Eileen helped me buy a home
Ron and Eileen Johnson are two of the WORST realtors I have ever dealt with in any type of real estate negotiation. They were the property managers on my rental property and from day one they mishandled every detail. They also MISREPRESENTED the house by stating it had Central AC while it only had AC upstairs. Therefore I had to live through a hot summer with no AIR! While the home was beautiful on the outside (and I paid 6 months upfront), I moved in with toilet paper rolls in the drawers, awful smells in the cabinets and pantry, etc. The refrigerator/freezer was broken from day 1 but Ron tried to convince me it wasn’t. It wasn’t until my food was melting that he was convinced. Even then he didn’t offer to provide a refrigerator. I had to get it on my own and was NEVER reimbursed. The dishwasher was broken and the gas was not turned on in the house. The smoke alarms were not working properly; one went off in the middle of the night. When I moved out, there were extreme deductions taken that were completely unwarranted. I never received proof of work done as required by law. These people are completely awful to deal with in any capacity and I would NOT recommend them for buying, selling, or renting a home!
