Reached out to her about a property I was interested in Leasing but then Subleasing. A very simple question I asked and instead of a polite response she Texted me a very rude and unprofessional response. She has no idea who I am and the amount of business she lost in that instance. To be in the business as long as she has I’m surprised she’s able to make a living. First impression is a lasting one.
