He made sure the rental agreement was fair for me and the owner of the property. 5-Star. Eric is a lifesaver! He has assisted us with renting our townhome on three occasions and has made the entire process easy! He is upbeat, knowledgeable and reliable. My wife and I used to take care of the rental process ourselves which included: obtaining bids and selecting the right contractors to fix up the townhouse, running adds, screening potential tenants, showing the property, running credit checks and preparing rental agreements. With both of us working full time, this process was very time consuming and our townhome was vacant for longer than we wanted. Plus, sometimes we ended up renting to tenants who were not suitable.
