She made the entire process so easy which was so much appreciated because we were dealing with the stress that goes into moving out of State. She handled everything for us and ended up selling our house OVER asking price in only a week of it being live. here are literally not enough words to describe how awesome Erin is and the work she does. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I reached out to her in late January about looking for our first house on a very low budget. She explained everything to my wife and I and worked with us relentlessly to help us find something. All in all, we must have looked at 30 places, but you would never have known it - Erin treated each one like it was one of the first, we never sensed even a little bit of frustration (and my wife and I couldn't seem to settle on what we wanted).With her help, we eventually found our dream home and closed a few weeks ago. Wow! I cannot say enough about Erin, don't second guess your choice of agent just use Erin. Erin always went above and beyond from the moment we started working with her right to the very end. We had a few ups and downs (through no fault of Erin's) yet still had a quick sale and received above the asking price.The staging she organized was beautiful, photo's were wonderful and she was always there to take note of our opinions and thoughts.Through all of this we managed to only communicate via text and email until closing day.Without a doubt the most professional and nicest real estate agent I have encountered before (and there have been quite a few).
