Hands down the best Realtor in the DMV!! I went through 3 realtors before meeting Faith, and the personal attention to our goals, type of home, budget, and timeline were unlike any I experienced working with others. We loved the relationship we developed and her professionalism so much we bought another property with her representing us. She has consistently followed up after closing on how the property was doing, any help needed, additional info from the old owners, etc. She is the only Realtor we will use or recommend to anyone who asks and some who dont. What separates Faith from other agents is her genuine willingness to help. She knows how to get your offer accepted to begin with. You can make multiple offers all day long. But if seller doesn't pick your offer, you don't have much luck in getting a property, especially in seller's market, like while I was looking for a home. She knows how to set the right strategy, has vast knowledge on how to help when you are in need, and pushes all involved parties to finish the deal. I've had quite a few difficulties before closing the deal. And I almost ended up walking away. She encouraged, coached and negotiated the way through. She comforted me during the toughest part of the deal saying, "we will find your home. Don't worry. If this doesn't work, it's ok. We'll try again and will make it happen." Thanks to her, I closed the deal in 30 days. Now I'm enjoying my new house. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Faith!
