- Garrett and I connected, but did no business
Mr. Hill is arrogant, rude and shows very little knowledge in real estate while acting as if he knows more than he actually does. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
- Garrett listed, but didn't sell, my home
Garrett Hill tried to buy my property in the 78745 zip code. We entered into a contract and he kept delaying and delaying the purchase while he got his finances in order. I eventually got out of the contract and he threatened to sue anyone else I entered into a contract with after him for “real estate tampering” - his words. Lol, as if there’s such a thing. He claimed it would hold up my sell with them, what a shady dude. You’ve been WARNED. He is truly and arrogant SOB.
