Garth Schwamm

We have used Garth for about 20 years since transferring to Fairfield County after attending college out of state. He has worked on 4 properties with us: 1 rental and 3 purchases. We have always been extremely pleased with Garth's knowledge of the market as well as his ability to make us feel comfortable during the transaction. Sometimes a deal had some issues on the other end but Garth found a way to get us through to the closing without any hardship. He is and will always be our Realtor and we continue to recommend him to friends.

We had worked with other Realtors before working with Garth but none gave us more time and showed more patience than Garth. He was always available to answer our many questions during our home search which made us feel more at ease with the process. He has since listed a family members home and sold to 2 friends a condo. We highly recommend him for all your real estate needs.
