We closed escrow within 21 days for $35,000 (8%) more than the listing price. George and his team were on site for inspections, etc. when we couldn't be there. George listed and sold our Mission Valley townhouse and he was outstanding in every way. Initially we were dragging our feet in selling because we assumed the sale process would be quite challenging. The market was good, but we had a 10+ year tenant in place AND we lived out of town. But then I found George. Before choosing a real estate agent, I researched to see who would be the best choice based on their experience and the effort they put into selling the property and how they promote their listings. George Lorimer rose to the top and I definitely made the right choice. George and his right-hand assistant, Danna, were incredibly knowledgeable and they did EVERYTHING for us. They helped our longtime tenant transition smoothly to a new location, they scheduled vendors to perform upgrades to the townhouse, they marketed the property smartly, vetted offers and communicated with us regularly. Our townhouse sold quickly and well over asking price. All this happened while we lived hundreds of miles away - so easy! I recommend George Lorimer to everyone I know. He's a true professional with tons of experience and a genuinely nice guy. He went above and beyond and made our sale so easy for us. You'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor in San Diego.
