Grant helped me buy a home
Grant is the best agent I have ever met. He helped us find the home of our dreams. We personally met Grant at an open house and he had a list of homes similar to the one he was holding open and we had seen several of them previously. However Grant was aware of another home that was coming on the market next week that he was able to get us in to see early. We submitted an offer and Grant negotiated with the seller's agent to acceptance before the first open house. No other agent could have done this for us because Grant knew the market so well that he was able to get us in early even though the home wasn't his listing. If your looking for a home call and you want an agent to go the extra mile for you call Grant!
