I trusted Mr. Greg Boccardo and it was the worst mistake of my life. Do not trust this man and double and triple check your bills. Never, Never pay his "MIscellaneous" charge. He should call it "just because I want more money out of you charge". This man does what he wants, not what his customers want. He exploits the weak, he performs work not authorized then bills double for the work. He charges percentage charges at the end of his quotes based on the total cost of the job. However, when work is deleted and the cost goes down he does not reconfigure the percentage changes. He keeps them based on the original higher total amount of the job. If you higher him demand he bills you with invoices not quotes. Everytime the total amount of the job changes demand he provides you with a new quote reflecting the lower cost of the job and the percentage charges lowered. am telling you the truth and I hope you listen to me and save yourself a great deal of money and heartache on your end. If you ignore this warning, do not trust this man and do not believe him and double check everything and confront him as soon as you find the ways he has cheated you.
