When I look for a place (house, investment etc.) I am looking for that Realtor who is going to be knowledgeable, caring and most of all looking out for my best interest; this is paramount in looking for a home. I call it excellent Customer service; This is what I have received from Mr. Jeans. His outstanding selfless commitment to his customers stands above the best. He does not provide the simple day to day assistance that it takes to purchase your investment albeit home, apartment, etc. The customer service he provides is tailored to your needs and your situation. For example, I live out of town and I needed to have someone I could trust to be the eyes and inspector of a place that I could dwell in. I have call upon Mr. Harold who I can say with complete confidence that he has been both and has done an outstanding job. I have only benefited from his looking out for my best interest as if it was his own. The service he provides is commitment, dedication and determination to getting you what you need to make your purchase. I ask a lot of questions and inspect a lot of minor details and Mr. Harold is right there with me ensuring I get what I need and making sure my issues are addressed. Customer service should be his business because he stands amongst the best.
