Heather is very knowledgeable and well known in the industry now. She has a good memory and will tailor your house searches in detail, for what you're looking for. She will work on your search as long as she has to and wont give up on helping you, and is even is willing to work all hours of the day to make it happen.

Heather is awesome and highly recommended! We were first-time home buyers with a flexible timeline. We'd done the open house dance and were courted by listing agents looking for another commission check. Heather was different. She actually listened to us when we told her what we were looking for and then she was patient as we searched and searched for the right home for ourselves. She is super knowledgeable about SD real estate, was never pushy, she gave her honest opinion about prices and market conditions, she texted back at 10pm when we had questions (no matter how dumb or paranoid they may have sounded).
