- Hugo helped me buy a home
Being a first time homebuyer I though he was good at the time but didn’t like the fact that they where very pushy into making us CHOOSE a house when we hadn’t found the ONE yet, that was the number one reason I didn’t use him again, also he didn’t inform me of important things I needed to know as a first time homebuyer- for example that I had to apply for the the homeowner tax exemption for living in the home- I lived 3 years in my home without this exemption because I didn’t know about it. Now as I am buying my second home with a different agent I realize how much he lacked.
