  • Idalia helped me buy a home

My husband and I were looking for a house and asked her if she could help us. We explained our situation (because my husband works in construction) and she said we could definitely qualify for a loan etc. We paid for inspections when we found the one because everything was fine from her end (around $1,000.00) and at the end the person she works with (broker) said we were not approved for one loan we needed. At the beginning we explained to her that another agent told us we couldn’t apply for that loan because of the type of work my husband does but she kept saying that wasn’t true and that we could buy a house. She said that we could still buy the house if we had a minimum of $7,500 for the down payment. We didn’t have that amount that is why we needed the loan. Unfortunately we lost around $1,000 and our time due to their lack of knowledge. I was pregnant back then and we were doing so much to have a house but they were not honest when we were working with them. I would not recommend her as a real state agent because she clearly does not care if her customers lose money due to her fault.
