Ilana is wonderful. We had a chance meeting with her and got her card. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we decided to go with her rather than our previous agent. She has been very responsive, very helpful, and everything you could want in a real estate agent. Buying a home is huge step, and having Ilana walk us through it has been fantastic. With Ilana's help, we were able to inspect and close on our home very quickly. She found excellent folks to inspect our new home and provide thorough reports to make sure we were aware of the condition of the property and any fixes that would have to happen. Ilana is wonderful to work with! Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely intimated by the mortgage purchasing process. To be quite honest, I didnt think I was ready to buy a home, let alone in the exact location I wanted (North Park). However, Ilana helped me every step of the way. From getting in touch of a mortgage loan officer (John Schuler, whos great!!), to finding spots that were in the price range and location I was looking for, we were able to do everything within ONE MONTH. Im seriousthat includes visiting homes after I got off work (shes also very accommodating to schedules), finding my dream condo, making an offer, and closing Escrow within 23 days even with a public holiday. I admit I was a bit naive since I really wanted to move into my new place immediately, and I really appreciate that Ilana stood by me and was always quick to answer every single question I had.
