I have been a Residential and Relocation Specialist for 40 years selling homes throughout Orange County. I also have an extensive remodeling and staging background. For the past five years have devoted myself primarily to helping clients find homes to "flip"; supervising and designing the remodeling process; staging the home to provide best marketability; and reselling the home at a significant profit for the client--often at full list price and more! With the request and approval of my clients, this remodeling and staging experience allows me to contribute this expertise to my clients' homes and then market them for higher prices than other similar properties. And all this is done at no additional cost to the client! Furthermore, I am the person that the client deals with directly and not some assistant.
