"Buying a house is already a terrifying and annoying experience but J.C. made the process as easy as it can be. I am active duty and in a different state trying to go through this process and J.C. has flexed to my schedule. This is also my first time buying a home. When I was trying to understand how to put in a bid and what was the best way to do so, J.C. went through each option. He also explained that he had been talking to the other agent and what he thought the seller would agree to. Due to his experience, the seller agreed to my initial offer. My wife and I had a pretty set vision for the house we wanted. We talked to JC and he hit the ground running. He nailed it, showing us only houses that fit what we talked about, including houses I couldn't find on any of the popular apps. Once we found THE ONE, he and his team worked quick to get our offer in, which was crucial as that house had 15 other offers that came in just a bit behind ours.
