Jack Jewan

I am looking out for other families when I say please do not depend on Jack Jewan for your realtor, and be very cautious if he is representing someone interested in buying your home. His clients put a contract on our house to buy, and two weeks before closing they backed out. They waited until the very last minute (without any financial penalties to them) and then tried to get us to lower the price of the house 20,000 dollars! The home inspection, appraisal - everything was completed and agreed on. It seems they waited until they knew we, the sellers, were most vulnerable, then tried to basically get us to lower our price by thousands more than what they originally offered us! This realtor knew how difficult his clients were but kept on proceeding to closing with us. I understand you can't always control your clients actions, but if he wants to be a good realtor he has to be aware of the clients he represents. This has affected us dramatically as we had to put our house back on the market (we were in the process of moving out already!), switching my kids schools back, and also the effect it has had on the contract we signed with the new place we were expecting to move in to. Don't trust his clients, please don't let this disaster happen to you!
