Great guy. Seemed nice, we lived there for 1.5 years, always paid rent on time. He evicted us mid-month just before the holidays for now-legal activities AirBnB. He did not refund our half-month of rent, and charged over 300 in "cleaning" after I had a professional cleaner come through. Had the house on the market before the end of the month for 30% more. He probably seems really nice and professional! He also looks really young in that photo!
