Jan, you are amazing Thanks for making the process as smooth and easy as possible (again!). You saved us so much time and effort.

We were very impressed with the work that Jan did selling our house. She came prepared with a plan of action, gave us tremendous help in staging the house with our own furniture so that it would present at its best, helped us price the house right and helped us through what can be a difficult process. When we were ready to actually list the house, she really sprang into action, sending postcards, making calls holding open houses, and the house sold within a week. Not only sold, we received five offers, all over asking price. But that wasnt the end. She organized the offers so that we could make an intelligent choice and then work with the buyers to make sure that the actual sale happened as smoothly as possible. Without her efforts, I dont think we would have sold the house nearly as quickly nor for as much. We cant recommend her highly enough
