My wife and I had to move to Michigan about 1 week after contacting Jan about selling our house. We really did not have the house in order when it did come time to move. Jan really went out of her way to make the whole process easy on the both of us. She provided very reasonable estimates for the minor repairs that were needed. Jan listed our house in Ramona, Ca. We picked her because of her excellent reputation in the area. We had over 60 families look at our house due to the advertising by her. We had a couple of lowball offers and she handled them very well. Once we got a good offer she worked very closely with the buyers agent to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Deciding to sell was a tough choice and Jan was recommended to us by a friend of my wifes. It was the best choice possible. She came over to the house, looked it over and gave us a few hints as to how to make it more appealing to prospective buyers as well as an initial asking price. We made the changes and some of it cost us a bit of money up front..but it was money well spent. When Jan came out the second time and gave us a figure it was for over $20K of what she told us we could get the first time. The changes cost a fraction of that. The house did not even make it to the multiple listing services. We had folks out the very next day and the first ones that looked at the house were the ones we eventually went with. Accepting offers and counter offers and the house sold in ten days. Throughout the whole process Jan and her team of contractors were very thorough, professional and genuinely nice folks to work with. Lines of communication were kept open at each stage and everything went relatively smooth. There were a couple of bumps but Jan had them leveled out in no time, she is a good negotiator to have on your side. Our solar lease got transferred and we even got some money back on our propane. Cant recommend her enough.

We met Jan at an open house she had earlier this year. We moved from the city to Ramona a few years ago renting here to see if we would like the country and Ramona. We love Ramona and with our research found a couple of areas where we wanted to buy. The challenge was homes in these areas dont come up very often and when they do they sell fast most of the time. Working with Jan we targeted these areas and when the home we purchased became averrable for sale we placed, negotiated and had our offer accepted in 24 hours.
