Excellent service in selling my Parents home in Campbell. Eric and Janelle were very professional and always had a solution to the issues that arose throughout the transaction. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Janelle to sell two houses, one in Half Moon Bay and one in Berkeley. Tara was very quick with turn around times. She helped closing escrow within 24 days which is a record time for me. Previous experiences with other people; the escrow dragged on for 52 days and one time for 49 days. We had challenges along the way like any usual would. Getting outbid; issues on loan; time crunch with appraisals. Also; she was always on time for showing new properties and was always patient when we re-requested for a prop to be seen again. If she did not have an answer for a query; she always got back to me with an answer later.I will highly recommend her for serious buyers.
