- Janette helped me buy a home
Janette was an absolutely fabulous agent, who helped us find exactly the right home for us. She was patient, found many properties for us to look at, kept current on market issues, and made sure to help us put together the right offers. Even we lost out on an offer, she helped us understand what went wrong. In the end, she helped buy the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood, then after the offer was accepted, she went to bat for us when something went wrong in the basement and got the price adjusted. She worked well with our mortgage broker. She really understands East Bay real estate and would be a really great agent for the current out-of-control market!!!
