I have worked with Janice several times over an 8 year period. She was a referral from a trusted friend because I was completely new to Northern Virginia. Janice has been nothing less than wonderful to work with over the years.She knew the area of Prince William and Fauquier counties very well. I trusted her knowledge and experience living in Gainesville, Va herself for several years. I had 3 children in Elementary and Middle school, so at the time picking the perfect neighborhood for us was important. Janice knew exactly how to keep me in my budget and delivered great homes to choose from. She knows which HOA's allow fences, what heights, which schools offer the programs your looking for,just well rounded and helpful when shopping for your place to call home. She has been my realtor when we rented. bought, sold, and bought again. Each transaction grateful she was my agent, understands the real estate business and gives solid advice about pricing, expectations, dos and don't based on what she knows you are looking for all around. Will always work in her as long as I can and will and have referred her to family and friends.
