As first time homeowners, my husband and I were in need of a a fair amount of guidance throughout the home buying process, and Jason was so supportive of us along the way. He was very responsive via text, call, and e-mail when questions came up. He is easy to talk to and has the professional interpersonal skills needed to negotiate with the sellers realtor and other disciplines throughout the process. Jason helped my husband and myself purchase our first house last month. We gave him the added challenge of making this happen from across the country and in a short amount of time. The process couldn't have gone any smoother! He got to know us and what we were looking for. He was amazing at staying in contact and gave his honest opinion in the areas we were looking in. This was very helpful to us because we we're moving to this new area. We ended up finding a great house in a perfect location and we're able to acquire the house quickly and from Kentucky.
