Jason Villani

Jason is a true Southern California native- having been born and raised in Huntington Beach, he has first-hand witnessed the transformation of Coastal Orange County over the past several years. He currently resides in downtown Huntington Beach with his wife Marissa, where they enjoy everything to venturing to Pacific City for lunch to going on hikes in Laguna Beach. Jason graduated from California State University Fullerton, with his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance. In addition to working in real estate, Jason has worked 10 years in the coastal construction industry, giving his clients a unique perspective and additional knowledge when it comes to making home buying or selling decision.
