- Javier listed and sold my home
This is the second time we've used Broadpoint and my wife and I have had a fantastic experience every time. The whole process, both times was painless and so quick. Javier helped us understand the myriad of house buying and put everything in layman's terms to ensure we were all aligned and on the same page. We highly recommend the team and a huge thank you to the team for all their hard work!!

Broadpoint Properties currently manages properties for me and has helped me buy and sell at least 5 homes over the years. They are very honest and professional. Javier has personally helped me purchase and sell 5+ properties. While real estate sales seem to be very stressful, Javier seems to do and say all the right things so that the transaction goes along very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Javier's services.
- Javier listed and sold my home
Used these guys in the past to help us sell a property in La Mesa and due to that positive experience we are now using their Property Management services. They are very professional and keep you updated every step of the way. Both Javier and Melissa do a great job as agents and running their organization. Truly impressed with Broadpoint and every member of the team that we have dealt with.

- Craig Beukelman, LinkedInI have used Javier several times for the purchase of properties--probably about 8 times. He has been very helpful, always finds me excellent deals, and provides high quality customer service. He has also listed several properties for me, and all deals have been very smooth and positive experiences.
- Zillow Review, 2013Javier and Melissa are as good as it gets. In terms of experience and industry knowledge they by far exceed the competition. I am always impressed with all of their success how easy they are to talk to. They are always willing to share their keys to success with others. I have learned so much in working with them. If you would like someone who can guide you through your home buying or home selling experience...I highly recommend Broadpoint Properties. They are a wonderful team and great people!
