Jean Anderson

Working with Jean to sell my house is in the top five worst experiences in my life. I naively thought that she worked for me and would work to get the best price for my home. However, I felt that her goal was to just sell my house, with little regard for my needs, as quickly as possible. I actually disagreed with her about pricing and made about about 25,000 more than she wanted to list my house initially. Apparently, the number or houses she sold was more profitable that selling my house for an extra $50,000. In retrospect I might have gotten more with another agent. I also had never sold a large home with furniture, clothes, dishes, etc. that had to be moved. Although Jean had knowledge of my inexperience she did NOT consider my living situation when she set the closing date on a Monday. Even worse she did not explain the closing process until a week before the Monday I had to be out of the house. Jean might be knowledgable about the area and be one of her company's biggest sellers but personally I would have appreciated her being more focused on helping me than adding another "notch" to her belt.

We have worked with Jean on several houses both for buying and selling. She has been an outstanding agent for us and couple of our kids. I always recommend Jean!
