Timing was perfect and we received multiple offers on my property as well as accepted a strong backup offer. My place sold for way above the asking price. After the transaction was completed I kept in touch with Jeannine because I was in process of purchasing property in a different state. Jeannine obtained and forwarded documents required by my new lender, thus was instrumental in in helping me with my new loan. She also continued to answer my question throughout the process of purchasing my new place. Jeannine and Linda walked me through the process and helped me make the best decision, so I did not feel overwhelmed. The dynamic dual definitely exceeded my expectations.

Jeannine helped us sell our mother's house after she passed away in July. We got the house renovated, on the market and had an offer a few days after the listing. Through not fault of Jeannine or Linda, the first two offers we had didn't work out, due to the buyers. But they hung in and got us a third offer that was the final one.
