Jeff Carter moved to the East San Francisco Bay Area in 1980. While working as a private investigator, a real estate agent friend of his invited him to an office meeting. From that day on, Jeff was hooked! He has worked in real estate since 1994 and specializes in helping buyers, particularly investors looking at bank-owned homes, find that perfect purchase.
