I am a first time home buyer that did not know anything about the process. I wanted a house but was really uneasy about the whole thing. Jeff contacted me back and explained things to me and put me at ease. He showed me many houses at my request and was very up front about the pros and cons of each one whether it was the financing or it being in a flood zone. He set me up with an excellent loan person and other than submitting documents and looking at houses he took care of it all. I cant be happier with my new home and extra mile Jeff went to helping me realize my dream. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home and will use him again for my next one. I have worked closely with Jeff on a few very complex transactions and no one else could have done for me what he did. The first house was a sale under duress with a private lender who needed a payoff and a home owner who was very unpredictable. Jeff navigated everything perfectly and we got a great deal right before it was to go to auction. The other transaction was a sale involving another private lender pain in the butt and some California legal issues slowing everything up. Jeff knew all the right people to make things happen. There isnt a more experienced or connected realtor that I have ever met. He always picks up the phone and is a great communicator. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a great businessman and a solid guy.
