Sorry but our experience was not good; left me and my children homeless and lost all my equity.

Horrible and that is the nicest word I can publicly post. My children and I lost everything and became homeless because of her. It has taken a toll on my children and I would never ever suggest her.

Rarely returned my calls; even tried emailing and still no response. When I was finally able to get a hold of her after numerous tries; she claimed she did not get my messages so I turned to another agent and business for a purchase.

Signed an agreement with Jennifer and when she didn't do her job, we no longer wanted her, before she would let us out of the agreement, we had to pay all her advertisement and lusting cost which was just BS. We did of course just to get rid of her. She's all about herself.

It was our first time buying a house, so of course we were very excited. She dragged her feet on homes were were interested in and as a result we lost our on several.homes in our price range. We ended up.going with another real estate agency and he was great, we found our dream home. Do not hire this agent, we caught her in several lies.

Left messages with our name and number and that we were preapproved and our price range and evidentally it wasn't enough for her and after several attempts we went with someone else who is professional and returns "all" of our calls. After looking at 5 homes, we made our decision and we are soon to be home owners. Bottom line don't waste your time with Orbit Realty and Jennifer Burlingame. Big waste of time.

This was our biggest regret in life. She was all about herself and how much money she would make. She will NOT list your home at fair market value, she wants a quick sale at any price. If you change your mind be prepared for a fight. She threatens to sue you and her attorney will be notified and we will lose. She needs some serious mental help. Both her and her mommy who works for her are huge liars. Go with anyone se but her.

It seems to me that several people have had bad experiences with Jennifer. I also noticed that her reviews on other sites, she jumps down their throats by claiming she either doesn't know them or their not a real person. Based on how she responds to them, it's no wonder they don't want to use their full names. When there are negative reviews she deletes her page or has some smart@ss unprofessional lie to state. I am sure any positive reviews are either favors, paid for or from her friends and family. My family lost so much money on our house because of her. She is not family oriented and has no compassion or understanding of children and totally lacks any experience in that area. Hire any real estate agent or agency but hers. She will breech the contract and is NOT HONEST. When you try to get out of the contract because you finally realized something is seriously crooked here. She will suck your family dry for more money. Don't trust her or the goofballs who cover up her mess and lies by going along with her because they get their palms greased by her.

She seemed pleasant on the phone, so my wife and I decided to meet and see if she could help us find our small but humble home, now that we were retired we didn't need a big home. When she found out she probably wouldn't make that much in a sale; her demeanor changed, so we decided not to go with her and went with Coldwell Banker. They were very kind and caring and knew exactly what we were looking for. They helped us every step of the way and now we can rest easy.
