Our realtor Jenifer St. Clair helped us find the perfect home for our small family. We spoke with four other realtors for the past three years before meeting Jenifer St. Clair and she was by far the best. She understood our needs and she was very straight forward with us when she needed to tell us something we didn't want to hear. Her honesty is what we liked the very most. She was also extremely knowledgeable about if something may need repairs and she was honest when she didn't have an answer. I am still in contact with her and I will likely purchase another home with the help of her and her counterpart Victoria. I have nothing but the best things to say about jenifer St. Clair.

Happy Customers since July 2017We actually found Jennifer by chance on Zillow, and only because she was the the listed agent to contact for a property that we were interested in. We are so lucky to have found her! From the first phone call, she was very informative and willing to go find out information for us, even though we told her that we were not serious buyers yet. She recommended a face to face meeting, and even recommended that we talk to other agents just to make sure we felt comfortable moving forward with her as our realtor. Jennifer let us look at homes at our own pace, and when we found one we liked, she had all the paperwork lined up same day for us to sign. Jennifer is super knowledgeable about the home buying process and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. If she didn't know the answer, she would contact whoever did on our behalf and get the answer for us, usually within the hour. We felt like we didn't have to worry about anything in escrow falling through the cracks because we always had Jennifer telling us what to expect and what the next step in the process was. She was at every meeting/appointment on time if not early, and she had great contacts and recommendations for inspections companies, plumbers, and home warranty companies based on her experience. All of the paperwork involved in buying a house can be overwhelming, but we were able to get through all of it confidently with Jennifer helping us out. She is down to earth and easy to get along with, which means she is also able to build great rapport with the seller's agent. In this crazy competitive market, she got our offer accepted even though there was another offer on the table for thousands more than ours!
